The customer has the right to withdraw from the order and return the purchased item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving it, without giving any reason.
After this period, the right to unconditional return expires.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with all accompanying parts and documents (if applicable).
Old Supra representatives will contact you within 24 hours of your request to arrange the pickup.
Within Tbilisi, returns are collected within 2 business days;
Outside Tbilisi, within 5 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used, within 5 business days of confirmation.
If the product does not meet return conditions (used, damaged, or missing key components), it will be sent back to the customer with prior notification.
